Positions Available

We are currently hiring for Junior Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and data analysis on commercial real estate assets
• Prepare detailed appraisal and research reports
• Analyze market trends, financial data, and comparable properties
• Assist with report writing and valuation assignments
• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
• Collaborate with team members and work independently when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce (or related degree) or higher
• Progress toward or completion of AACI designation (for appraiser roles)
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
