We’re a fast-growing D2C skincare brand and we’re looking for someone to own our performance marketing on Meta.
This role is primarily about running and scaling ads, but also requires a strong understanding of what content works and how to improve it through testing.
If you understand both numbers and content, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ad campaigns
- Manage budgets and improve performance (ROAS, CPA, conversions)
- Test different audiences, creatives, and formats
- Work closely with the content team to improve ad creatives
- Suggest hooks, angles, and content ideas based on performance
- Create and test multiple variations of ads/content
- Continuously iterate and scale what works
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (or strong willingness to learn fast)
- Understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR)
- Good sense of what content works on social media
- Ability to think in terms of testing, scaling, and improving performance
- Proactive, fast-moving, and ownership-driven
