Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator/ Network Manager to manage our IT infrastructure, ensure network security, and provide seamless technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
- Handle server management, system updates, and backups
- Provide technical support to staff (hardware/software issues)
- Implement and maintain IT security systems (firewalls, antivirus)
- Manage IT assets (systems, printers, network devices)
- Coordinate with vendors for IT support and procurement
- Maintain IT documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / related field
- Atleast 7 years of experience in IT or network administration
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices
- Open to working in a 24/7 environment to ensure network continuity and quick issue resolution when needed
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Certifications:
- Certifications like CCNA, MS Certificate, MCP, Cloud Computing, RHC- Linux
- Experience preferred in hospital or healthcare IT systems

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
