IT Administrator/ Network Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Administrator/ Network Manager to manage our IT infrastructure, ensure network security, and provide seamless technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Handle server management, system updates, and backups
• Provide technical support to staff (hardware/software issues)
• Implement and maintain IT security systems (firewalls, antivirus)
• Manage IT assets (systems, printers, network devices)
• Coordinate with vendors for IT support and procurement
• Maintain IT documentation and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / related field
• Atleast 7 years of experience in IT or network administration
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices
• Open to working in a 24/7 environment to ensure network continuity and quick issue resolution when needed
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Certifications:

• Certifications like CCNA, MS Certificate, MCP, Cloud Computing, RHC- Linux
• Experience preferred in hospital or healthcare IT systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
