Role Overview – Operations Associate
As an Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be supporting the day-to-day functioning of our operations and service delivery. You'll play a key role in ensuring that customers receive a seamless and delightful experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting order management, tracking, and fulfillment activities
- Coordinating with internal teams including logistics, photo processing, and the photography team
- Monitoring service timelines and helping ensure on-time delivery
- Maintaining reports, data entries, and documentation
- Helping identify process improvements and streamlining workflows
- Address customer escalations over chat and call

- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
