About the Role

Klaimify Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and innovation-driven Product Manager – AI Capability (ERP) to drive the evolution of AI-powered features within our enterprise ERP platform. This role focuses on identifying high-impact AI use cases, defining product strategies, and delivering intelligent automation capabilities that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and design to build scalable AI-driven solutions and shape the future of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership

• Own the lifecycle of AI-enabled ERP features from ideation to delivery
• Define product vision and ensure alignment with business goals
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog for AI and automation initiatives

2. Feature Roadmap & Strategy

• Define and manage the AI capability roadmap for ERP products
• Identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases based on customer value and feasibility
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision

3. Feature Discovery & Innovation

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback sessions
• Identify opportunities to embed AI into ERP workflows (finance, inventory, CRM, etc.)
• Translate business problems into scalable AI-driven product features

4. AI & Automation Capabilities

• Conceptualize and drive implementation of AI features such as:
• Predictive analytics
• Intelligent automation
• Recommendation engines
• Conversational interfaces
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of AI models into ERP systems

5. Cross-Functional Team Engagement

• Work closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and functional teams
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams

6. UI/UX Collaboration

• Partner with design teams to build intuitive and user-friendly AI experiences
• Ensure AI features are explainable, accessible, and enhance usability
• Advocate for a user-centric design approach in all product decisions

7. Customer Support & Success Design

• Work with customer success teams to define onboarding and adoption strategies for AI features
• Design support frameworks for AI-driven functionalities
• Gather customer feedback post-launch to drive continuous improvements

Required Skills & Competencies

Product & Domain Knowledge

• Experience in product management within ERP or enterprise software environments
• Understanding of core business processes (Finance, CRM, Inventory, Operations)

AI & Technology Understanding

• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and real-world applications in enterprise systems
• Experience in defining AI use cases and working with technical teams for execution
• Basic understanding of data-driven product development

Product Management Skills

• Strong skills in roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and feature definition
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments
• Ability to convert complex requirements into clear product specifications

Tools & Collaboration

• Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar product/project management platforms
• Exposure to analytics tools and product tracking frameworks is a plus

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
