Role Overview:
As an expert HR Manager, your role will involve leading all aspects of the complete employee life cycle in a fast-paced technology environment. You will combine strategic HR partnership with operational perfection, ensuring flawless processes from talent onboarding to exit management while focusing on engagement and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role specializing in Generalist HR (including operations) located in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and collaborate with India HRBP to align HR strategies with organizational goals, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational planning initiatives.
- Lead all aspects of end-to-end HR operations, such as payroll, benefits administration, Workday compliances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and develop HR processes for efficiency and scalability, working closely with Department Heads/leaders, Legal, and employment law team in handling employee relations issues and conducting investigations when needed.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, support and guide managers through sensitive ER cases, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance concerns.
- Develop a positive, inclusive work environment that supports innovation and agility, lead employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures, and be part of the team to lead employment branding initiatives.
- Develop and lead performance appraisal systems to drive high performance, apply HR metrics and analytics for insights and decision-making support, and lead HR transformation projects, process automation, and digital HR initiatives applying project management principles.
- Work closely with all Customers based in India and other countries, develop team members as successors in 3-4 years.
