Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative 3+ years experienced Web/Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, user interface (UI) design, and graphic design, with the ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and innovative designs that align with our brand's goals.
Responsibilities
- Web Design: Create visually appealing and responsive web designs that ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Graphic Design: Design high-quality graphics for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
- UI/UX Design: Work closely with developers to design intuitive user interfaces and improve the overall user experience.
- Branding: Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines, ensuring all designs align with the company’s visual identity.
- Collaborative Work: Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and developers to produce engaging and functional designs.
- Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes for websites and apps to demonstrate layout and functionality.
- Optimization: Ensure designs are optimized for web and mobile performance, including fast loading times and accessibility.
- Design Updates: Regularly update and improve the design of existing websites and graphics based on user feedback and analytics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web/Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design and graphic design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.), Figma, Sketch, or other design software.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with design principles and best practices for web and mobile user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Must have experience in creating animations and video editing tools.
- Experience with SEO best practices for design.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
