Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing positions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering quality hires within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
• Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments/interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
• Track and maintain recruitment data using ATS or internal systems
• Meet hiring targets and timelines (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [industry-specific hiring, e.g., IT, Sales, Non-tech, etc.]
• Familiarity with bulk hiring or niche hiring
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
