Kinross Gold Corporation is seeking part-time Equipment Operators for their Bald Mountain open-pit mine in Elko, Nevada. These operators will provide relief operation of off-road haul trucks in an active mining environment. The ideal candidates are safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team, supporting the mine’s commitment to environmental stewardship and operational excellence.

What You’ll Need

• Previous off-road heavy equipment or haul truck operation preferred, not required
• Ability to operate a 2-way radio and follow instructions
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• General understanding of mining operations
• Ability to perform and document pre-operational inspections
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must meet physical demands and attendance policy
• Must be able to read and understand written documentation
• Commitment to safe working practices and use of PPE
