Job Description
1. Audit &implementation of Antibiotic Policies.
2. Work with infection control team.
3. Rounds with Senior Consultants.
4. Narcotic inventory management.
5. Preparing high alert medication consumption for each month.
6. IP counseling for patients & by-standers regarding the drug,
the dosage, side effect etc.
7. OP dispensing with patient counseling regarding drug name,
strength, formulation, duration of therapy, contraindications
etc.
8. Carrying out medication reconciliation on admission/transfer
& discharge
9. Monitoring of adverse drug reactions – (Pharmaco vigilance
reporting)
10. Provide discharge medication review, reconciliation,
dispensing, and counseling of discharge medicines in patient
bed side.
11. Dose calculation & mixing of various drugs including narcotics
& chemo drugs
12. Drug information resource.
13. Round the clock clinical pharmacy.
14. Attending file auditing, reconciliation, discharge advice in
emergency ward.
15. Participate in various community programs.
16. Prescriptions audit in OP Pharmacy.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
