- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Work on solution design and delivery of Kinaxis system at Kimberly-Clark
- Lead and facilitate business diagnostics, process analysis, and design workshops for specific modules of Kinaxis
- Understand and take direction from Kinaxis Solution architect
- Create and review functional specs and designs to enhance the quality of deliverables
- Implement and support Kinaxis solutions for a large global manufacturer or CPG company
- Configure Kinaxis application and implement solution modules independently
- Deliver in fast-paced environments using agile methodologies
- Develop interfaces, dashboards, reports, and tools meeting business objectives
- Conduct end-user training workshops on Kinaxis solution
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and support final acceptance by business owners
- Follow up on cases with Kinaxis Support Services to resolve defects
- Communicate project risks and issues impacting schedule, scope, or budget
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields
- 4+ years of experience in implementing supply chain solutions with at least 2 years in Kinaxis
- Proven experience in supply chain planning solutions
- Functional knowledge of Forecasting, Demand Planning, and S&OP
- Hands-on experience with integration between Kinaxis and SAP S4 HANA/SAP ECC
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Serve as a functional liaison between DTS, Kinaxis project team, and business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to gather requirements, make design decisions, and for testing and delivery
- Ability to work under ambiguous situations and bring clarity by collaborating with stakeholders
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Prepare and deliver presentations for users and management-level audiences
