To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in finance for supply, operations function, and cost accounting, Variance Analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Finance
- Strong technical knowledge of cost accounting, cost/distribution analysis, and SAP
- Experience with Microsoft Office, strong analytical skills, and English proficiency (Intermediate–Advanced)

- Strong collaboration, communication, and ability to influence without authority
- Experience working across global, cross‑functional, and culturally diverse teams
- Demonstrated change‑management mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and execution skills
