Job Description: As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for supporting leadership performance and conversations, organization effectiveness surveys & action planning, and process excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: - Prepare structured materials, trackers, dashboards, and briefing notes to support performance conversations, talent reviews, and succession planning discussions. - Support the development and execution of structured performance management processes for Partners and Counsel by ensuring high-quality documentation, effective tracking mechanisms, and timely completion of key milestones. - Coordinate goal-setting, self-reflection, and performance documentation processes to ensure quality, consistency, and timely closure. - Track action items, governance milestones, and follow-through across performance and development cycles. Additionally, you will be involved in: - Supporting the end-to-end execution of the Leadership Culture Survey and other organization effectiveness surveys, including survey coordination, reporting, insights synthesis, and action planning. - Developing presentations, summaries, and insight packs to support leadership discussions and follow-through actions. Furthermore, you will: - Identify opportunities to streamline recurring processes and improve operational efficiency. - Leverage Excel, automation tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled applications to improve reporting, analysis, tracking, and overall team effectiveness. - Maintain structured repositories, trackers, and data systems to support decision-making and governance. - Manage project timelines and interdependencies to ensure disciplined delivery across workstreams. Qualifications Required: To be successful in this role, you should have: - Post-graduate with 1-3 years of experience; graduates with strong relevant experience may also apply. - Exposure to HR, consulting, analytics, organizational development, or related areas is preferred. - Familiarity with HR tools, data analysis, and process improvement is an advantage. - Prior experience of working on structured projects with senior stakeholders will be valued. Key Skills: - Data Analytics & Digital Capability (Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, automation tools, and AI-enabled applications). - Analytical thinking & Insight Generation (able to work with structured and unstructured data). - Functional Knowledge (working knowledge of core talent management frameworks). - Project management (ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously).
