We are looking for a hands-on Content Marketing Specialist who can capture real student experiences and turn them into compelling video, photo, and digital content that drives engagement and enrollment.

The Role

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will lead the creation of high-impact video content, photography, and digital storytelling that supports student recruitment, brand awareness, and program marketing.

This is a highly hands-on role, you will be behind the camera, in the editing suite, and working directly with students, faculty, and teams across campuses.

What Youll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content (short-form, long-form, testimonials, social media content)
• Capture photography across campuses, classrooms, and events
• Conduct interviews with students, instructors, and industry partners
• Create content that highlights:
• Student experience
• Instructor expertise
• Career outcomes
• Develop and manage a content calendar across multiple programs
• Build a library of reusable digital marketing assets for campaigns, website, and social media
• Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams
• Support event content creation (on-site shooting when required)
• Stay current with social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversion

What You Bring

• 25 years of experience in content marketing, video production, or digital marketing
• Strong skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
• Experience with photography and photo editing
• Proven ability to create content for social media platforms and campaigns
• Strong storytelling and interview skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in education, training, or student-focused environments
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing analytics
• Experience working across multiple locations or teams
