Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for Injectables (INJ) and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) products.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, compatibility studies, and formulation screening.
- Design and execute laboratory trials for product development and optimization.
- Support scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer activities.
- Prepare development reports, protocols, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct stability studies and evaluate formulation performance.
- Work closely with Analytical R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Investigate formulation and process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ICH, and regulatory requirements.
