Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher for Grades 3 to 5 under the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate will create an engaging learning environment that fosters curiosity, logical thinking, and strong foundational math skills among young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
• Develop age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
• Use interactive teaching methods to make math enjoyable and easy to understand.
• Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress with parents.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Integrate technology and hands-on activities into teaching where appropriate.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Support students with different learning needs through differentiated instruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
• Prior experience teaching primary grades (I–V), preferably in a CBSE school.
• Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young learners.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to use smart boards and digital teaching tools.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Activity-based and experiential learning approach.

Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience
