Title: Data Analyst

Location: Regina, SK- 60% onsite-40% remote

Contract: 6 months

Summary

The work involves building data repositories, reporting frameworks, and dashboards that support quarterly reporting and the Performance Report. The resource will assist with improving efficiency and ensuring compliance with governance and performance measurement requirements. The resource will assist to transition from the Current State with the following deliverables:

-Gather requirements & document design principles

-Map risks & controls

-Stand up a 2025–26 reporting outline/structure

-Reduce manual effort by hardening formulas/links, adding validation checks, and introducing lightweight automation where feasible

-Plan the transition & handover

-Prepare procurement readiness materials (requirements package) to inform any future software exploration.

• EXTENSIVE knowledge of the use of the entire Microsoft Suite ( such as SharePoint, Power BI, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, etc.)*
