Dynamic Cashier in Retail Environment

Actively support customers as a Cashier, ensuring smooth transactions and positive interactions. Oversee the checkout area while maintaining loss prevention standards. As a Cashier, you will greet customers, assist with payment processing, and handle merchandise returns and exchanges. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple customer needs in a busy setting. You'll also need to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks to keep the checkout experience efficient and pleasant. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent service
• Manage front-end loss prevention efforts
• Maintain checkout areas clean and organized
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges
• Receive payments via cash, credit, and checks Requirements:
• Preferred Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Previous experience with cash registers preferred
• Strong multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Ability to communicate sensitively and professionally
• Must complete Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check Leverage your customer service and cash handling experience to contribute positively to the retail operation.
