Key Responsibilities
1. Media & PR Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for external PR agencies and marketing vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media invites, and "authored articles" for industry journals and local news outlets.
- Maintain an updated database of Mumbai-based media contacts and industry influencers.
2. Content Creation & Brand Voice
- Write compelling content for the company newsletter, website, and social media
- Develop executive communication materials, including speeches for leadership and internal memos.
- Ensure all branding materials align with the company’s visual and professional standards.
3. Internal Communications
- Manage internal employee engagement initiatives to ensure teams are aligned with company goals.
- Oversee internal communication channels like the company intranet, town hall presentations, and monthly updates.
4. Event & Project Management
- Coordinate corporate events, press briefings, and webinars.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare monthly reports on Brand Share of Voice and sentiment.
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Mass Media (BMM/ MMM), PR, Journalism, or Communications, Marketing.
Experience: 2-8 years in a PR or Corporate Comm role.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
