A successful, family-owned agricultural company is seeking a Farm Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple livestock and poultry farms in Eastern Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

• Lead and develop farm teams
• Oversee daily livestock and poultry operations
• Ensure animal welfare and operational excellence
• Coordinate schedules, projects, and farm activities
• Travel between farm locations as needed
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Farm, livestock, poultry, dairy, hatchery, or agricultural management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience supervising employees and daily operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
