What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and organize closing documents for active transactions
- Draft loan and assignment documents
- Conduct due diligence and review organizational materials
- Coordinate with title companies; review title, survey, and zoning
- Manage closing logistics and post-closing deliverables
- Prepare UCC filings and maintain deal files
- Support multiple deals simultaneously with accuracy
What You Bring
- 3+ years as a paralegal in real estate finance or transactional law
- Experience supporting commercial lending transactions
- Strong understanding of closings and deal flow
- Experience reviewing title and survey materials
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication with attorneys and deal teams
Nice to Have
- Exposure to multifamily, CMBS, or agency lending (Fannie / Freddie)
- Experience with document management systems
