Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Lab Assistant – Pharmacy to support laboratory operations, maintain lab facilities, assist faculty members and students during practical sessions, and ensure smooth functioning of pharmacy laboratories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty and students during pharmacy practical sessions and laboratory activities.
- Prepare and arrange laboratory materials, chemicals, reagents, and equipment required for experiments.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the pharmacy laboratory.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of lab equipment and instruments.
- Maintain inventory records of chemicals, consumables, glassware, and lab assets.
- Support in procurement and stock management activities.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols and institutional guidelines.
- Maintain documentation related to lab usage, stock registers, and maintenance records.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / B.Pharm / D.Pharm or relevant qualification in Pharmacy.
- Prior experience in a pharmacy/academic laboratory will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of pharmacy instruments, chemicals, and laboratory practices.
- Freshers may also be considered.
