For one of our clients - a partner in business and IT outsourcing, driven by pride and expertise

to support companies in achieving operational excellence, we are looking for – Entry-level

Technical Service Representative with Japanese or German or French (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone;
  • Assist users with product setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries in a professional and

friendly manner;

  • Guide customers through features and functionalities of the product to ensure a smooth user experience;
  • Escalate technical issues or complex queries to relevant internal teams when necessary;
  • Document all customer interactions clearly in the internal system;
  • Stay up to date with product updates and innovations to offer accurate and timely support
  • Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates on case progress via ticketing and

chat, ensuring a smooth and positive experience

  • Investigate and resolve account, access, and application-related issues by following

structured troubleshooting processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese, German or French, and a good command of English (written and spoken);
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset;
  • Basic understanding of technology or willingness to learn about innovative digital products;
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required;
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow within a supportive, international team;
  • Working knowledge of ticketing platforms and a basic understanding of SaaS or cloud-based solutions;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to approach issues methodically and deliver

effective solutions.
