Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Success & Consultation Coordinator Intern to manage customer inquiries, consultation bookings, and day-to-day operational coordination.
This role focuses on customer communication, appointment scheduling, payment coordination, and maintaining organized records. The ideal candidate should be highly responsive, organized, and comfortable managing customer conversations on WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Share consultation packages and pricing details.
- Answer basic questions regarding consultation services.
- Ensure prompt and professional communication with all prospects.
Booking & Payment Coordination
- Share payment links with customers.
- Verify successful payments and update records.
- Coordinate consultation bookings with customers.
- Manage appointment confirmations and rescheduling requests.
Calendar & Scheduling Management
- Coordinate with the astrologer regarding available consultation slots.
- Share available slots with customers through Calendly or other scheduling tools.
- Confirm and manage bookings.
- Send reminders before scheduled consultations.
Operations & Data Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Update lead, payment, and consultation status daily.
- Prepare and share consultation details with the astrologer before appointments.
- Ensure all customer information is organized and up to date.
Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations on WhatsApp.
- Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations.
- Familiarity with Calendly, Razorpay, Google Calendar, or similar tools is a plus.
Working Arrangement
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Remote work opportunity.
- Candidate should be available during working hours to respond to customer inquiries and coordinate bookings.
- Timely responses and follow-ups are important.
- Occasional office visits may be required if necessary.
