<p><strong>Student Loan Consultant</strong> <strong>Juno/LeverEdge | Remote (Greater Pittsburgh Area preferred)</strong> <strong>Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base + variable | OTE $100,000</strong></p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Juno/LeverEdge is looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Student Loan Consultant to join our growing team. In this mid-level role, you'll work directly with borrowers to help them navigate one of the most complex financial decisions of their lives — managing and repaying their student debt. You'll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through federal repayment options, refinancing opportunities, and everything in between.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to review and evaluate their federal and private student loan repayment options</li> <li>Clearly explain federal repayment programs including income-driven repayment (IDR) plans and loan forgiveness opportunities</li> <li>Guide borrowers through pulling refinance offers via the Juno platform</li> <li>Send timely follow-up communications after each meeting and support clients through the full application process</li> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all client interactions</li> <li>Schedule and conduct follow-up meetings as needed based on each borrower's situation and timeline</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Solid understanding of the student loan industry, including federal loan programs and repayment options</li> <li>Familiarity with lending, banking, and refinancing — particularly in the student loan and personal lending space</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in plain language</li> <li>Experience in a client-facing financial services or sales role preferred</li> <li>Self-motivated with strong organizational habits and attention to detail</li> <li>Comfort working remotely with the ability to travel for business or training as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation &amp; Location</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Base Salary:</strong> $65,000–$70,000</li> <li><strong>Variable Compensation:</strong> Performance-based, with an <strong>OTE of $100,000</strong></li> <li><strong>Location:</strong> Fully remote; Greater Pittsburgh Area candidates preferred, or willingness to travel for training and business needs</li> </ul> <p><br><br></p>
