Human Resources Manager (Manufacturing)

John Evans Recruiting is conducting a search for a Human Resources Manager for a national manufacturer based in Elkridge, MD. Reporting to the CEO, this role will be the most senior HR leader for the business with facilities across the U.S.

Our client is seeking a strong HR leader who can lead 3-5+ HR team members. This person must have great fundamentals with employee relations, recruiting, benefit plan design, and the legal aspects of HR related to manufacturing and distribution in multiple states.

The HR Manager must be based in office 5 days a week with 20% national travel.

Requirements

• 15+ years of HR experience
• 5+ years of HR team leadership experience
• Multi-state facility experience (California preferred)
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is required
• ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
