Role Overview:

One of our clients, a global leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Workforce Operations Expert to play a pivotal role in designing and optimizing workforce operations. As a contractor, you will be responsible for tracking employee locations, data reconciliation, and supporting organizational resilience in crisis management scenarios. This role involves collaborating with AI training teams to create comprehensive, high-fidelity training data and evaluation tasks for advanced model development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and continually optimize structured rubrics for assessing AI model outputs related to workforce tracking and reporting.
• Analyze and reconcile employee location data from multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support enterprise-wide operational visibility.
• Collaborate with AI training teams to create comprehensive, high-fidelity training data and evaluation tasks for advanced model development.
• Monitor and report on workforce movement and trends, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics, including employee location, movement, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in people analytics and tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data reconciliation and analysis, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of AI training and development, with a focus on workforce operations and management.
• Strong technical skills, with experience working with data platforms and pipeline performance systems.
