Role Overview
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to close large, complex deals with Fortune 1000 customers. The role runs multi-stakeholder cycles end-to-end — landing new logos and expanding strategic accounts where the buying committee is wide and the stakes are high.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a named territory of enterprise accounts and quota
- Run multi-threaded sales cycles with technical, business, and procurement stakeholders
- Build executive relationships and orchestrate internal resources to win deals
- Lead negotiation on commercials, contract terms, and procurement processes
- Maintain accurate forecast and pipeline hygiene in the CRM
- Partner with Customer Success on land-and-expand motions post-close
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 6+ years closing enterprise B2B SaaS deals ($250K+ ACV)
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding enterprise quota
- Strong methodology grounding (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
- Experience navigating procurement, security review, and legal redlines
- Excellent executive presence and written communication
- Comfort with long, complex deal cycles and patience under pressure
