Job Description

Operations Management

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
Ensure all outlets comply with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
Conduct regular outlet visits and operational audits.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Sales & Business Performance

Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance.
Identify opportunities to increase profitability and reduce operational costs.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop Outlet Managers and staff.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
Ensure adequate manpower planning across outlets.
Build a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Experience

Ensure excellent customer service across all outlets.
Resolve customer escalations promptly.
Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.

Financial Management

Monitor outlet budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Control food costs, labour costs, and wastage.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.

Compliance & Administration

Ensure compliance with statutory, labour, and company regulations.
Maintain operational records and documentation.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Maintenance teams.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
