Mental Health Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist, located in Sirsa. The Mental Health Specialist will provide direct mental health care and support to clients, including conducting assessments and offering case management services. Responsibilities include implementing mental health interventions, providing crisis intervention when needed, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor personalized care plans aimed at improving client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mental Health Care and Psychology
• Experience with Case Management and creating individualized care plans
• Proficiency in Mental Health and Crisis Intervention techniques
• Ability to work compassionately with diverse populations and address varying emotional and mental health needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications or licensing in mental health services is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
