RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in solution architecture, design, and deployment with Microsoft Azure
- Perform remote or onsite implementations
- Diagnose infrastructure, network or software failure
- Monitor applications
- Recommend improvements to ensure the evolution of the information system according to the needs of the client
- Participate in follow-up meetings with the infrastructure team
- Document follow-ups and keeping the client informed of the progress of various improvement projects
SKILLS
- Ability to conduct public speaking and presentations
- Communication, active listening and customer service skills
- Technology awareness
- Experience in technical support or computer sales
