Job Description
Iron Will Metalworks Ltd. is a busy metal fabrication and hydraulic repair shop, operating since 2008. We are currently looking for a highly organized individual to fill a 2-3 month office position. Students are welcome to apply.
Job Duties:
- Customer Service / Reception
- Generate repair orders for hydraulic rebuilds and maintain records of customer property
- Maintain job tracking system
- Support Operations Manager to ensure smooth product delivery and paper flow
- Enter sales orders into Sage50 with accuracy and proficiency
- Daily filing
- Purchase office and other supplies as needed or requested by management
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Light cleaning between semi-weekly janitorial visits (daily sweeping and dusting as needed)
- Other projects and duties as requested by management
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Outlook is required.
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
