Senior Director - Finance & Accounting

Role Overview:

• As an Accounting Manager at Iris Software, your responsibilities will include overseeing the general accounting function for Iris' Indian, American, and Canadian entities. This includes managing Payroll, Billing/Credit/A/R, A/P, Bank accounting and operations, Book close, Audit, General Ledger Management, inter-company accounting, financial reporting, and balance sheet management.
• You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining internal control procedures to protect company assets. This will involve coordinating activities related to internal controls documentation, testing, and segregation of duties.
• Providing technical accounting GAAP guidance and support to all company entities will be part of your role. You will also ensure proper timing and application of revenue recognition rules by reviewing each Statement of Work and its terms for revenue recognition.

Qualification Required:

• An Undergraduate Degree in Accounting along with CA/CWA/CPA certification is mandatory for this role.
