About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with real estate industry exposure to design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to enhance our CRM capabilities, integrate systems, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (custom objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes)
• Build and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, data loaders, and middleware
• Perform data migrations and ensure data quality
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to translate requirements into solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues to ensure smooth system performance
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices
• Provide technical support and training to end users
• Document development processes, configurations, and customizations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture: data model, security model, governor limits
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware)
• Proficiency in configuration tools: Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow
• Familiarity with dev tools: Salesforce CLI, Developer Console, change sets
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Service Cloud experience
• Real estate industry experience
• Experience in a DevOps environment
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (preferred)
