Digitad se positionne dans le Collectif comme l'agence de performance numrique. Lance par le rfrencement payant en 2015, l'quipe s'est consolide travers le temps ce qui nous a permis de dvelopper de multiples expertises. Notre but: pouvoir nous positionner comme stratges pour nos partenaires d'affaires puis les accompagner sur les expertises qui auront le plus de valeur ajoute pour eux.

Depuis 2015, le collectif Intgral s'engage jour aprs jour auprs des entreprises au Canada, aux tats-Unis et en Europe. Notre mission: Assurer la transformation des entreprises face lacclration du numrique et de lIA.
Rejoindre le collectif Intgral, cest s'engager au cur d'un projet entrepreneurial o la reconnaissance, l'volution, la performance et la stimulation intellectuelle sont clbres au quotidien. Cest aussi s'immerger dans le premier cosystme numrique qubcois compos de 70 passionns regroups autour de 3 agences:
- Digitad (Performance): Marketing numrique (SEO, SEM, Publicit Sociale etc), dveloppement de site web et plateformes e-commerce
- La Fuse (Formation): Formations de marketing numrique et IA (formations individuelles et prives, etc)
- Genia (IA et Technologie): Accompagnement des entreprises petites et grandes dans leur transition IA (valuation IA, implmentation des outils, conduite du changement)

Description du poste
Contexte / Mission gnrale
Nous recherchons un Stratge mdias numriques exprimente pour accompagner notre ple Acquisition Payante. Vritable experte des leviers Search et Social, tu disposes galement de connaissances voire dune expertise en Programmatique et en Retail Media.
Tu piloteras la stratgie mdia multicanale et tu seras responsable de la performance des campagnes et du pilotage global du ROI, tout en contribuant activement la croissance de lagence.
Responsabilits principales
Pilotage stratgique & oprationnel des campagnes Paid Media
- Dfinir, planifier et excuter la stratgie globale dacquisition :
SEA/SEM, Paid Social, Programmatique (Stackadapt Quantcast, Reddit), E-Retail / Retail Media (Amazon Ads, Criteo, Walmart Connect, etc.).
- Construire et optimiser des campagnes multicanales selon les objectifs (trafic, conversion, ventes, ROAS).
- Assurer la qualit oprationnelle : structuration des comptes, suivi hebdomadaire, ajustement bid management, A/B testing, rdaction dannonces, optimisation crative et budgetaire.
Analyse, reporting & data-driven marketing
- Suivre les indicateurs cls (KPI / ROAS / CPA / CPC / CRO / ventes / part de voix).
- laborer des dashboards, bilans et insights pour extraire des recommandations pertinentes.
- Mettre en place une dmarche doptimisation continue.
Veille et innovation
- Assurer une veille active sur les tendances :
- nouveaux formats SEA/SEM, IA & automatisation, volutions Meta/Google, DSP, Amazon Ads, retail media, programmatique, signaux first-party, etc.
- Proposer de nouvelles approches, tests, solutions adtech ou technologies pertinentes.
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunits de croissance chez les clients existants (upsell / cross-sell) en collaboration avec les conseillers numriques.
PROFIL
Comptences techniques
- 5 ans minimum dexpertise Paid Media
- Matrise avance : Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads
Bonne connaissance des stratgies multi-leviers : Search, Social, Display, Retail
Data & analyse
- Matrise de GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking & attribution
- Forte capacit danalyse, interprtation et synthse
- Cration et suivi de dashboards (Looker Studio ou quivalent)
Comptences commerciales
- Construction de plans mdia et participation aux avant-ventes
- Aisance client : pdagogie, proactivit, force de proposition
Qualits humaines
- Orientation rsultats / ROI
- Rigueur, sens des priorits, esprit structur
- Culture data, curiosit, got pour lexprimentation

Profil idal
- 5 6 ans dexprience en Paid Media, avec passage en agence (atout)

- Bilingue franais / anglais

POSITION OVERVIEW & IDEAL PROFILE
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Media Strategist to support our Paid Acquisition team.
As a true expert in Search and Social advertising, you also have strong knowledgeor even expertisein Programmatic and Retail Media.
You will lead multi-channel media strategy, oversee campaign performance, drive ROI, and actively contribute to the agencys growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic & Operational Management of Paid Media Campaigns
- Define, plan, and execute the overall acquisition strategy across:
- SEA/SEM
- Paid Social
- Programmatic (StackAdapt, Quantcast, Reddit)
- E-Retail / Retail Media (Amazon Ads, Criteo, Walmart Connect, etc.)
- Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns aligned with business goals (traffic, conversions, sales, ROAS)
- Ensure operational excellence through:
- Account structure and hygiene
- Weekly monitoring and performance adjustments
- Bid management optimization
- A/B testing
- Ad copywriting
- Creative and budget optimization
Analytics, Reporting & Data-Driven Marketing
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CRO, revenue, share of voice)
- Develop dashboards, performance reviews, and actionable insights
- Implement a continuous optimization approach
Innovation & Market Monitoring
- Stay up to date with industry trends, including:
- New SEA/SEM formats
- AI & automation
- Meta/Google platform updates
- DSP ecosystems
- Amazon Ads, Retail Media, Programmatic
- First-party data signals, etc.
- Recommend new approaches, experiments, adtech tools, and relevant technologies
- Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts (upsell/cross-sell) in collaboration with Digital Advisors
PROFILE
Technical Skills
- Minimum 5 years of Paid Media expertise
- Advanced mastery of: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of multi-lever strategies: Search, Social, Display, Retail
Data & Analytics
- Strong command of GA4, Google Tag Manager, tracking & attribution
- Excellent analytical, interpretation, and synthesis skills
- Ability to build and manage dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent)
Commercial Skills
- Media plan development and involvement in pre-sales efforts
Strong client-facing skills: pedagogy, proactivity, consultative mindset
Soft Skills
- Strong results and ROI orientation
- Structured, rigorous, and able to prioritize effectively
- Data-driven culture, curiosity, and passion for experimentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convince and present
- Adaptability to evolving platforms, trends, and algorithms
Ideal candidate
- 5 to 6 years of Paid Media experience, including agency experience (strong asset)
- Expertise in SEA + Paid Social
- Bonus: Programmatic, Retail Media / E-Retail
- Experience managing a client portfolio
- Degree in digital marketing or equivalent
- Bilingual French / English
