Healthcare Security Officer – /hr (DC Guard License Required)

Inter-Con Security is hiring Healthcare Security Officers to support a major medical network in the Washington, DC area.

Schedule

Must be available for weekends and varied shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure healthcare environment
• Provide strong customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
• Monitor access control and enforce site policies
• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally
• Conduct patrols and visibility presence

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a valid DC Unarmed Security License
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must pass a drug screen within 48 hours of offer
• Must complete TB test (required for healthcare environment)
• Strong customer service experience required
• Must meet grooming standards (no beards/goatees due to safety requirements)
