Data Coordinator (Supply Chain)

Intepros is seeking two detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Coordinators to support our client's warehousing and logistics operations. This role focuses on maintaining accurate shipment and operational data within Smartsheet, ensuring timely updates and visibility across the supply chain. Ideal candidates are highly organized, comfortable working with data, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Input, update, and manage warehousing and shipment data within Smartsheet
• Track and maintain transportation details, including shipment coordinates and status updates
• Perform data validation and ensure accuracy across multiple data sources
• Use Excel to filter, sort, and analyze data (basic formulas required)
• Conduct web-based research to verify and supplement missing or incomplete information
• Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure data integrity and timely updates

Required Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet (data entry, updates, tracking)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable using online tools and research to gather information

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting warehousing or transportation operations
• Familiarity with shipment tracking systems or logistics platforms
