Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auditor & Accountant for our logistics company. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations, auditing financial transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records related to logistics and transportation activities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounting and financial transactions
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense statements
  • Verify shipment-related expenses, freight charges, and billing
  • Conduct internal audits for logistics and operational accounts
  • Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts
  • Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements
  • Monitor receivables, payables, and cash flow
  • Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for billing accuracy
  • Assist external auditors during audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • Experience in accounting/auditing, preferably in logistics or transportation industry
  • Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
  • Good understanding of taxation and financial compliance
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
