As an HR professional, you will be responsible for various key areas including HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle, Employee Engagement & Culture, Performance Management, Policy Development & Implementation, Compliance & Statutory Management, Learning & Development (L&D), Employee Relations, and HR Analytics & Reporting. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Ensuring smooth induction and employee documentation processes
- Maintaining accurate HR records and employee data using HRMS
- Handling employee queries and providing HR support
- Designing and driving employee engagement initiatives
- Conducting surveys and action plans to enhance employee engagement
- Implementing wellness and recognition programs
- Driving performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes
- Working with managers on performance improvement plans
- Developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies in line with business needs
- Ensuring communication and adherence to policies
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Managing audits and compliance reporting
- Identifying training needs and executing L&D programs
- Coordinating internal/external training sessions
- Addressing employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Providing counseling and conflict resolution support
- Promoting healthy manager-employee relationships
- Tracking HR metrics and providing insights and recommendations to leadership
- Preparing regular HR dashboards and reports
Qualifications and Skills required for this role include:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field, or Any Graduate with relevant experience
- Experience: 5-10 years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience with strong exposure to non-recruitment HR functions
- Key Skills: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, problem-solving and conflict resolution ability, strong organizational and analytical skills, experience with HRMS tools
