JOB DESCRIPTION
A client of Insight Global is seeking a part‑time Office Assistant (20-25 hours per week) to support daily operations onsite in Washington DC. Our partner is an innovative global service provider that offers businesses access to a leading marketing platform. The Office Assistant is an integral link between clients visiting the office and the back-end support of daily office organization. They will assist with deliveries, restocking inventory, organizing office events/parties, and provide basic technology support. The ideal candidate is eager and enthusiastic with the ability to pivot and learn new skills when needed.
Responsibilities
· Manage the overall organization of the office, maintaining kitchen supplies, and ensuring general office tidiness.
· Order office supplies (snacks, drinks, coffee) through managing vendors
· Assist with office equipment, troubleshoot technical issues (e.g., printers, meeting rooms)
· Planning and coordinating company events (e.g., holiday party, “bring your child to work day”)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· 1+ years experience of office assistant
· Knowledge of office management practices, ability to be proactive and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and resolve issues in a timely manner.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· IT set up experience – setting up an office room for zoom meetings or troubleshooting printer issues
Hourly Pay: $20 - $23/hr
Hours per week: 20-25,
Location: Onsite in DC - flexible schedule, 4 day work week
