Job Description
As a Sr Project Coordinator (Agile Scrum) at Insight, you will play a crucial role in coaching and guiding the development team in implementing Agile principles and practices. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Additionally, you will assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Your role will involve facilitating and leading Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the team follows Scrum processes and adheres to Agile values and principles. You will also be expected to identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may affect the team's progress or efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
CSM Certification is a must
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project and program management using Agile methodology
Hands-on experience using at least one of the project management tools like Azure Board, Jira, etc.
