Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney with at least two years of federal litigation experience to join the busy team in one of our most established mid-sized law firm clients!

This is an absolutely incredible opportunity to join a progressive, collaborative firm that handles complex litigation, regulatory, and transactional work in both high-stakes disputes and intricate deals.

The role will be based in the firm's Tysons Corner office, with the expectation of onsite work for the first few months, pivoting to a hybrid schedule once the candidate is fully onboarded, trained, and acclimated.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL:

• Have solid academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Be barred in VA, or have the ability to waive into VA
• Have at least two years of commercial litigation experience in federal and state courts
• TCPA and general civil litigation experience highly preferred
