Lead customer engagement and success as a Customer Experience Manager in a hybrid environment. Focus on Microsoft 365 and security solutions to maximize business impact and growth.

You will be responsible for managing a strategic portfolio of accounts, focusing on driving growth through Microsoft 365 and Copilot. With a solid background of 5-8 years in account management, you'll embrace proactive strategies for renewals and alignment of solutions to enhance customer experiences. Your leadership will optimize client relationships and foster business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with key accounts
  • Drive revenue retention and minimize customer churn
  • Facilitate onboarding of new partners in Microsoft solutions
  • Lead and conduct monthly business reviews with partners
  • Generate demand by raising awareness of services

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in relevant area preferred
  • 5-8 years experience in account management
  • Mandatory MS-900 certification within two months
  • Bilingual in French and English is advantageous
  • Strong initiative and organizational skills required
