Deliver exceptional technical support as a Bilingual Associate Technical Support Engineer. Collaborate with customers and teams to solve complex product challenges in a hybrid work setup.
This role involves working directly with customers to address technical issues efficiently. With a strong understanding of cloud solutions, APIs, and scripting, you’ll elevate customer satisfaction through expert analysis and clear communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex inbound service requests from clients

- Maintain and develop internal technical documentation
- Lead incident management and response efforts
- Identify support trends and partner on solutions
Requirements
- 2-4 years' experience in technical support roles
- Must be bilingual in English and French
- Familiarity with SaaS, networking, and Python/Shell
- Experience using ticketing systems for issue tracking
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
