Role Overview The Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned legal processes, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement in line with Infosys policies and client commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage legal process operations and people (strong soft skills required)
  • Understand project workflows and operating procedures
  • Handle day-to-day operational activities
  • Monitor SLAs and ensure strict adherence
  • Collaborate with production teams and client stakeholders to meet quality and performance benchmarks
  • Manage internal and external governance
  • Ensure process compliance and audit readiness
  • Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
  • Track, analyze, and resolve client feedback and escalations
  • Support training, transition, and transformation initiatives
  • Manage Quality, Risk, Information Security, and Process Progression modules
  • Drive process improvements and explore growth opportunities

Required Skill Set:

  • Strong legal aptitude with solid understanding of

contract management concepts and terminology

(Court practice or litigation support experience will not be considered)

  • Hands-on experience in

interpreting high-end contracts

  • Excellent legal summarization skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in

MS Office

, especially

Excel (Pivots, Formulas)

and PowerPoint

  • Strong team management and client interfacing skills; ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of project management concepts is an added advantage
  • Flexibility to extend work hours when business demands
  • Excellent people management and influencing skills
