Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, RTR, FP&A, Compliance)
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and closing activities
• Drive process improvements, automation, and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and manage client relationships
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

• Strong experience across all F&A domains
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
• Willingness to relocate to Mysore
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
