Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator I to support daily logistics and chemical delivery operations. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing, inventory control, and order fulfillment to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations to ensure on-time and accurate shipments
Review shipping documents including bills of lading, invoices, shipping notices, and customer orders
Determine shipping priorities and select appropriate shipping methods
Plan and schedule outbound shipments for internal and external customers
Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels
Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to meet delivery requirements
Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics activities
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
Basic knowledge of shipping/receiving processes and documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
Experience in inventory management and order fulfillment
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
