Investment Sales Manager

Imtibish Health Care Private Limited is looking for an experienced Investment Sales Manager to lead the investment sales team, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, market knowledge, and excellent business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the investment sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Set monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Build strong relationships with investors and high-value clients.
• Conduct team training and performance evaluations.
• Prepare sales MIS reports and business analysis.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper after-sales support.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations departments for business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in investment, banking, insurance, or financial sales.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Knowledge of investment products and financial market trends.
