Role Description

Impact Public Relations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Event Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka. This role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their event planning needs, managing event logistics, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the planning and execution process. The Event Sales Specialist will also be responsible for identifying sales prospects, developing strategic event proposals, handling event-related communications, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure the success of each event.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Communication, with a focus on client relationship management and professional interpersonal interactions.
• Proficiency in Event Management and Event Planning, including organizing and coordinating events of varying scales successfully.
• Strong Sales skills with the ability to identify prospects, generate leads, and close deals effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage event logistics and timelines.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the PR or events industry, is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
