Job Title: Senior Microsoft Intune Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for aSenior Microsoft Intune Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and management of our enterprise endpoint management environment. The role requires deep expertise inMicrosoft Intune, MDM/MAM, Windows device provisioning, endpoint security, and lifecycle management , with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant device management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead thedesign, deployment, and administration of Microsoft Intune for enterprise endpoints across multiple locations and user groups.
• Architect and enforceMDM and MAM strategies , including device-based and user-based policies, group management, and onboarding workflows.
• Design and implementWindows Autopilot, pre-provisioning, and imaging processes , ensuring standardization and efficiency across the enterprise.
• Define and implemententerprise-wide endpoint security policies , vulnerability management, and remediation procedures.
• Overseedevice lifecycle management , including provisioning, compliance, decommissioning, and record cleanup.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business stakeholders toalign Intune configurations with enterprise security posture and compliance requirements .
• Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives , including automation, process optimization, and operational best practices for endpoint management.
• Providementorship and guidance to junior administrators, establishing operational standards and documentation.
• Participate instrategic planning for endpoint architecture, integration with SCCM/Endpoint Manager, and adoption of current Microsoft 365 security features.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience withMicrosoft Intune in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding ofMDM vs MAM concepts , use cases, and policy implementation strategies.
• Expertise indevice-based vs user-based policies , group-based access, and enterprise onboarding workflows.
• Deep knowledge ofWindows Autopilot, Windows imaging, bloatware management, and pre-provisioning .
• Proven experience withendpoint security, vulnerability management, and remediation practices.
• Experience managingdevice lifecycle processes , compliance, and reporting in enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Ability tolead design sessions, provide architectural recommendations, and document enterprise processes .

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications such asMS-100, MS-101, MD-101, or Endpoint Manager Expert .
• Experience withSCCM/Endpoint Manager integration and hybrid device management.
• Experience inenterprise-scale architecture design for device management and endpoint security.
• Strong understanding ofregulatory compliance frameworks (., NIST, ISO 27001) as applied to endpoint security.
